Automated Billing & AR
Auto invoices are genrerated and emailed on the 24th. Accounts with card on file are billed automatically on the 1st. Manual payments can be made until the 5th under grace period. Billing system dates are configurable.
Auto Deactivation
Access credentials are tied to payment status. Accounst past due after grace period are auto deactivated. After payment is made accounts are auto reinstates and access credential restored.
Docs upload & storage
Parkers upload application-supporting documents, such as driver's licenses and vehicle registrations, for secure storage in the SYNC cloud. This eliminates paper files at the parking office.
DIGITAL SIGNATURES
Signatures from parking agreements are securely stored in the SYNC cloud platform with timestamps to ensure compliance. Digitally capturing e-signatures and agreements reduces administrative labor and saves space in the parking office.
